Standard Orders

Our current production time is 3–5 business days before your order ships.

During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, production may take up to 7 business days.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized bags require additional production time.

Personalized & Custom Products

Because every custom bag is created specifically for you, custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. For orders requiring a design proof, production begins after you approve your final design. To request a cancellation before production starts, email saturdaycarryco@gmail.com with your order number. 

Artwork & Copyright

By submitting logos, artwork, photographs, or other design elements, you confirm that:
You own the rights to the material, or
You have permission from the copyright owner to use it.

Saturday Carry reserves the right to refuse any design that may violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
We also reserve the right to decline requests containing offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.

Color & Print Variations

We work hard to ensure colors appear as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to:
Screen settings
Device displays
Printing processes
Material characteristics
These minor variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.

Shipping

Once your custom order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email.

3–5 business days for standard orders, up to 7 during busy periods, and 5–10 business days after proof approval for custom orders.

Shipping times are separate from production times.

 

Damaged and Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email saturdaycarryco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and make it right. This applies to standard and custom orders and does not limit your rights under applicable law.
